Want
a boat that can do it all: sea kayak between the Seychelles
Islands, tour the coast of Greenland, or descend wilderness
rivers in Alaska? The Eskimo 15 CRX 3G is
that boat. It tracks well over
vast expanses of flatwater and easily negotiates whitewater
of moderate difficulty. Measuring in at fifteen feet, this
boat may rate as a small cruising kayak, but it is a big performer.
Slightly wider in the bow and stern than Easy Rider's longer
Eskimo single kayaks, the Eskimo 15 maintains excellent cargo
capacity -- it can easily pack the provisions needed for a
long trip. Large recessed hatches in both the fore and aft
facilitate easy packing without parceling gear into dozens
of tiny stuff sacks. Front and rear bulkheads and softtop
covers under the hardtop covers keep equipment dusty dry.
Finally, Eskimo 15 CRX 3G has a few tricks up its sleeve.
Attach an outrigger or, if another Easy Rider CR-kayak of
any size is available, link the two kayaks together to form
a catamaran. Now you have an incredibly stable platform for
open-water paddling, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, swimming,
and photography. And should a wind arise, hoist the spinnaker
or the battened airfoil sail and cruise at several miles an
hour without dipping a paddle.
A kayak with a choice.
Eskimo 15 CRX 3G incorporates
the innovative CR-System,
the basis for our popular Catamaran, Outrigger, and Sailing
options. It comes with all the outfitting and deluxe options
of every kayak in the Eskimo CRX 3G series.
Duwayne Hankins,
Washington "The Eskimo 15 CRX 3G was my
best retirement present... I especially enjoyed outrigger
sailing (in Baja). Would you believe that I was on the water
five days a week and usually five to seven hours a day?
Thanks to your innovative ideas, I had more fun than a human
being deserves..."
